Vasuhan created it with the support of his classmates, especially Uma Thambiayah and Bhamini Mahinthan. Following its release, the book received high praise from both readers and critics—including a touching review from writer and former teacher, Mrs. Kohila Mahendran, who taught Vasuhan during his school days.
